Life in our new house is good. We're no where near settled and unpacked yet, but I've decided to put myself on a six month plan. Accomplishing anything with these three boys is a challenge to say the least. My husband has a good post about life in our new neighborhood. You can read what he has to say here.
Riley will finish swim lessons this week. I am extremely proud of how well he has done. He is the youngest in his class, and the most inexperienced swimmer. I was worried I wouldn't be able to even get him in the water because he can be so timid in new situations that scare him. But, he has performed like a champ and is learning a lot. T-ball is almost over too. I need to post pictures of him in his uniform. He has had so much fun. Trey...well, he's a challenge right now. He doesn't know how to express his feelings so he cries and screams to express any type of frustration, sadness, or anger. At the same time, he's so precious. He comes to me often during the day just to tell me he loves me. Today we were holding hands running errands and he said, "Mommy, I will never leave you. I will never leave your house, not even when I grow up because I love you." That's my sweet boy. Evan is growing so quickly right now. He loves to pretend he's talking on the phone and for some reason he thinks flip flops look like phones. He just wanders around the house with a flip flop up to his ear saying,"Huwo." He hasn't lost his temper, but he gives amazing hugs and kisses, so we tend to overlook his fits. Yep, he's already the baby of the family. Life here is good. This next weekend we're taking the boys camping at Deer Creek. It will be good for the five of us to spend the weekend together before I head to the beach with the kids for two weeks. Eric will have to stay here because of school.
I think I'm off to bed. Another week starts tomorrow.
i already miss your family so much.
peace
