Quite some time ago I began to read the blog of a family adopting from Haiti. We have never met, but she was Jennifer Palmer's roomate in college which is how we connected on the internet. We were both in the process of adopting children so I have been drawn to her blog regularly. The adoption process in Haiti is painfully slow, and they were so very close to picking up their boys. Their visa appointment was scheduled for next week, which would have meant they could travel to pick up their boys in a very short time. I simply can not get their family off of my mind tonight. They are hurting, they are scared, they just want their boys home and safe.
