Tonight at 8:00...first Buckeye basketball game! It's an exhibition game against Walsh and I'm taking my Trey on a date. My parents have season tickets and because my dad is out of town, my mom offered them to us. I'm taking Trey, who is way over due for some time alone with his mom. He's so excited. I hope he's still this excited at half time when it's two hours past his bedtime. Riley isn't too disappointed that he's missing the chance to go to the game because now we have the Big Ten Network at home so he'll be watching with his dad, and was promised some root beer. Yes, you read that correctly...for the first time in eight years the Stetler family has cable. Without it we would have only been able to watch three games the entire season, which lasts until March.
I'm on my way to COSI now with Pickle. Little man needs some time out of the house. COSI and a Buckeye game...a lot more activity than I can normally handle at 22 weeks pregnant. I'm going to try to take a long nap this afternoon so my legs can take it all. Not much new to report on my legs...they are ugly and they hurt. That's not going to change for at least 18 weeks.
This little girl is wild. I really don't remember my other babies being this active at this point in my pregnancies, but maybe I'm just forgetting.
Cried on the phone with our mechanic yesterday...I'm emotional and it was slightly embarassing. We've been having serious car problems and have now put an enormous amount of money into Eric's car. He called to tell me that he would not accept any money from us and that the car was ready to be picked up. Such good news.
We're on our way to Myrtle Beach in three weeks to spend Thanksgiving with Grandpa and Grandma Stetler. This will be a big trip for us and we're very excited! Trying to work out all the details and travel arrangements today. I can't believe we're only three weeks away from Thanksgiving already.
I better get moving, it's going to be a big day!
thinking of you and Trey at a basketball game puts a smile on my face. he is so special.
