Riley has started keeping a journal. He gets very excited about it. This morning I was looking through what he had written this week and I just had to post it here. The spelling is very creative, he's in kindergarten and still spells most words with his sounds.

"God is vare (very) speshol (special) to are (our) harts. We are vare speshol thet he mad (made) us. We are speshol thet he is with us. We all love him for evre. I like him."

"With Jeasus diing on the cros some pepol were sad. We are sad. I did not see it but some pepol did see it. I love that man."

"Evrebotea (everybody) loves there perints (parents). Your perints make you fele (feel) good when they take car (care) ove (of) you. Evrebotea loves there perints."

I love this kid. In nine more days he'll be a first grader. It's really hard to believe.

I hope Eric's hand has healed well. It is NOT ironic that your bible study was on "do not worry" that day - it was for YOU and your family!

Love you and miss you.

A and J are expecting baby number two in late Nov/early Dec so B will be a big sis soon - at about 20 months of age. How far apart are your boys? They are moving into a larger home and E and E are downsizing to save so they can add to my group of grandkids!

Hi Kerri, I think of you often and mostly smile and sometimes cry because it's been so long. I miss you. I'm so excited for what lies ahead for you and your family. You were the best roommate ever.
I love you.

This is so interesting. I googled "blogging mom" and you came up... I wanted something interesting to read while I expressed my milk. I definitely didn't expect something this interesting! I am so glad to have found someone with such zeal for mommyhood and Christ! You are an inspiration to me and you don't even know it. Keep posting and please keep it public because there are so many things about your blog that are encouraging to other Christian moms. God bless!
