I'm posting from the beach. To our surprise the owners of the house we rent are now wireless. This helps my dad a ton because he tries to still work some while the rest of us are complete lazy bums for two weeks. Anyway...
The trip down went fine. The boys did a great job considering how long they were stuck in the van. About an hour away we hit a traffic jam. At the same time the air conditioner in the van stopped working. I started to think we were never going to make it. But, we did.
We're having a great time. Riley is a crazy man in the ocean. He has no fear. He dives head first into the waves. His knees hurt at the end of the day because he'll jump waves for hours. I've been calling Trey the sand man. It takes about two minutes for him to be covered head to toe (and in his ears and up his nose) in sand. He literally rolls around in it. He's not quite sure about the water, but will go in if you're holding his hand. Evan got in yesterday. My mom bought an umbrella so he can come down with us. He took a nap in the shade yesterday morning and even let me sit him in the waves for a little while. He looks so freaking cute in his trunks and sun hat that Kelli and Mandy got him. I'm enjoying time with my boys, my parents, and my brother. It's been so much fun already and thanks to a lot of help from my family I'm getting to relax some too. Eric will fly into town on Sunday after Mandy and Fez's wedding. We can't wait to give him big hugs and enjoy some time away with him too.
The weather has been beautiful. It rained some this morning...but the sun is shining now and we're on our way back out!
Hope everyone in Columbus is doing well!

Potty training while he sits in the sand all day! :)

Tried to post our first picture of the grandbaby today but it wouldn't upload - it's a tiff file and supposed to work so I will try again later.

They are more excited than ever now having seen the reality. She was very sick yesterday and is only 50% sick today - keep praying please.

Enjoy the sun - I love the slow speed of life on the beach!

Love GMA B
