It's been a busy week at the Stetler house. Our friend, Danielle, from Bowling Green has been in town. She gave us an incredible gift, her time. She spent her entire time here serving us. The carpets have been cleaned, the back patio is all ready for spring and summer, wild flowers have been planted, my dining room table is waxed and polished. All that and she still found time to watch the kids while I napped, got a haircut, and just relaxed a little. She also stayed with the boys last night while Eric and I went out on a date. I'm sure she is tired as she's driving home right now. She decided to use her time off to help us as we get ready for the new baby. I really can't explain what a beautiful gift she gave us this week.

The baby is growing rapidly and is taking us every inch of space available in my stomach. I went to the doctor on Tuesday. We'll have one more ultrasound on May 2nd and then set a date for the c-section. Eric and I are really ready for this pregnancy to be over and for this baby to be here. This has been a difficult pregnancy for both of us, sometimes I forget that it's been difficult for him too. We're ready to bring this baby home and adjust to life with three children.

There is a lot of uncertainty in our life right now, a lot of transition. But, there is one thing about our home that never changes--I love Eric and I know he loves me. That's enough for me right now.

What an amazing gift from your friend that was!

I've learned about love during the 9 weird months we've spent in Minnesota--God's love and my husband's love have proven to be enough.
