5 little boys between the ages 2-4, three baby siblings, seven parents and too much sugar!
The Buzz Lightyear party is over with only one major tragedy. Riley got a new bike with training wheels and took off on it with no problem. Unfortunately we realized a little too late that we forgot to tell him how to stop. He rode the new bike down four cement stairs and busted the training wheels. Luckily daddy is a bike repair expert and had it back up and running before the party was over. There was no blood and no broken bones. Other than the bike incident and a complete melt down when Trey wanted to play with his new Buzz Lightyear remote control spaceship, the party could be called a success. One other little problem, the stupid pinata would not crack. Eric finally had to just tear it open. But this morning Riley woke up and told me that his party was so much fun and ran out to ride his new bike in his pj's.
Eric and I are going out for our anniversary tonight!

Random thoughts...
--Curtis and Kelly are moving to California soon and I have yet to come up with any good ways to make them stay.
--I haven't seen Mike and Lianne in way too long.
--My parents are amazing people...they continue to teach me so much about grace. Sometimes I get frustrated with them because they give to the point of being stupid. But, then I remember that's how Jesus gave, that's how He treated people. Stupid love, stupid grace--the world doesn't teach us to love like that. The world teaches us to look out for ourselves.
--I haven't felt this good ever, at least not that I can remember. It's as though my body is learning how to function again in the way it was created to function. I have so much energy. I love the Wellness Forum.

Time to get Riley to a play date, the kid has a pretty busy social schedule!
