Trey has started to put words together. Yesterday it was "I pick" and this morning it was "I eat." It's a gift to watch them grow and change every day, a miracle really. Some days it feels like they are getting too big too quick. But, I want to enjoy each phase of their development to its fullest and not spend time wishing they could stay babies forever.
The last ten days have been incredibly busy for Eric. I miss him. The good news it that I think things are going to settle down a little over the next couple of days.
I'm dragging a little this morning, so now would probably be a good time to stop typing and get myself together for the day. We get to play with baby Grace for a couple of hours this morning. Riley asked if we can keep her because he wants a baby sister. I told him maybe he'll have a sister of his own some day. He said, "When we get rid of Trey?" I love my boys!
Oobs, The little fellas are just a couple of hoots!!! Yes, they are my grandsons, and I am proud. I am so happy, and feel so blessed, because of the joy they bring into our lives. They make my life full and abundant. They make me laugh. We are so blessed to live close so that we can see them often. Riley and Trey are special little boys, and they have a special Mom and Dad. Love you guys. Dad
