Eric's been camping with friends since Friday morning. Now it's Monday morning and I'm really ready for him to come home. The boys and I spent two nights at my parents which helped pass the time while Eric was gone. The weather didn't allow us to do much, although we did head out in the snow on Saturday so the boys could play at the Polaris play area. Riley says that the weather is confused because it's supposed to be spring. We've spent all of April reading spring books and finding all the things in the books outside--spring flowers, new leaves, wood peckers, robins...there was no snow in any of the spring books. Last night at bedtime he decided we should read Snowy Day instead. He makes me smile.
I better go, Trey is quiet which usually means he's eating Jen's powdered donuts in her room...yep, he sure is...
