Yesterday was Eric's 28th birthday. In honor of his birthday he is sleeping in right now. I'm making an effort this week to concentrate on the positives, and Eric is right at the top of that list. He is an amazing husband and daddy. He works hard to take care of us. He is my best friend and I can't imagine my life without him. The boys seem to start giggling as soon as he enters the room. I love him more than I can express. Happy Birthday Eric!!!
Riley and I had another "date movie" last night. This time it was Oliver and Company with popcorn. It's a special time when he gets to stay up after Trey goes to bed. I think his favorite part of the whole time is watching the popcorn come out of the air popper.
It hasn't been the easiest week, a lot of confusion and I've really been struggling with all the questions that swim around in my head all day. No answers yet, but I'm going to enjoy the weekend. Eric is off for the first time in quite awhile. I have lunch with Kelli today and dinner with my parents tonight. Then Eric's parents are coming in town tomorrow to celebrate Eric and his sister's birthdays. Lent tomorrow at the Bell's. I should get to see Curtis and Doug too this weekend while they are in town.
