I just went to the $1.50 theatre with my mom to see Shall We Dance? There's no way my husband would ever go with me to see this kind of movie, but I really enjoyed it. I go to the movies to escape, to be entertained. I escaped, in my heart I was dancing with them. It won't make anyone's best movies of all time list, but it was a charming movie. I feel all warm and fuzzy and that's what I like. Plus, Richard Gere is one hot old man in this one. We also had dinner at Benevolence Cafe, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat in Columbus.
Thanks mom!
And thanks to Holly for putting the rugrats to bed!

I'm glad you had as much fun as I did. I'm so glad you are close by. Thanks for wanting to be with your mom. I agree - Richard Gere - one fine example of manhood!!

That movie was one of my favorite movies of all time. I saw it on a day when I really needed something to lift me up and it did. I especially liked that it portrayed that a husband can feel attraction towards someone but remain faithful to his family. Not something we see a lot of in this day of "I need to get my needs met". plus I really loved the dancing-something I always thought about doing but to date have not followed up on.
