A very nice Thanksgiving with my family. Jen spent the night at my parents house with me and the kids. I'm sure she has a ton of stories to tell. My family can take holidays a little over the top. Plus she spent an entire day with my grandparents. Speaking of my grandparents, I've convinced my grandma to go see Christmas with the Kranks with me. This is big stuff. She's never been to the movie theater. She grew up learning that movie theaters were the root of all evil in society, along with dancing and alcohol. She now realizes how ridiculous that is, but still couldn't bring herself to go to the movies. She said she thought it looked like a good movie to see, so I said, "Let's go!" At first she looked at me like I was crazy. My mom asked her if she would watch it if it was on tv and she said she would. So, after much harassing she caved and she's going to go with me. This is going to be fun. Not much else to report on the holiday. Eric had to work all day, but made it to my parents for a turkey dinner.
Tomorrow the Christmas tree goes up.
